Mike L. Jackson, Former President & COO, Supervalu
Over a distinguished career of over 30 years, Mike rose up the ranks at Supervalu, from various store operations roles in the early 1980’s, to two director positions (marketing, merchandising) to regional vice president, to vice president of marketing, to division president, to regional president, to SVP of the retail business (responsible for $7 billion in revenue), to EVP/President of the wholesale business (responsible for $19 billion in revenue), and finally to President and COO of the entire $42 billion Supervalu company, a position he held from 2005 until his retirement from Supervalu in late 2009. Since retiring, Mike (who now resides in Celebration, FL) has been the President of MLJ Consulting, and a board member on several public and private boards.

Matthew Gutermuth, Former GVP, Winn Dixie, Former President & CEO, Safeway.com
Matt has served in senior executive roles on both the supply side and the retail side over his distinguished career. After spending 9 years at Pepsi Co and five at Kraft/Nabisco, Matt became a Vice President at Safeway, ultimately in charge of Safeway's national Beverage, Snacks, Alcohol and Tobacco categories. Matt subsequently was promoted to become the President & CEO of Safeway.com,where he the doubled size of the business in 2 years and reached positive income a year ahead of schedule. In 2008, Matt joined Winn Dixie Stores as Group VP of 3 major functions. He helped to revitalize a struggling brand and business results, helping the company achieve sales plan of +3% ID growth and EBITDA plan of $127M in FY 2012. As a board member at iControl, Matt is closely involved in the company's business and product development. and is a senior advisor to the president & CEO.

Ann Dozier, VP/IT & Supply Chain, Dean Foods; former GVP/Customer Collaboration at Coca Cola
Ann Dozier is currently the Vice President of IT/Fresh Dairy Direct at Dean Foods, a position she has held since September 2010, and where she is responsible for strategy, design, development, and implementation of all IT capabilities and solutions that support Dean Foods Fresh Dairy Direct and Supply Chain business units. Key initiatives include digital marketing, business intelligence, advanced analytics, sales and customer capabilities, mobility, order to cash, direct store delivery distribution, supply chain, plant operations, quality, sustainability, and finance.
Prior to Dean Foods, she spent 19 years at Coca Cola, the final 4 years as Global VP/Strategic Industry Initiatives & Customer Collaboration, and the 6 years before that as VP/Business Development. Before Coca Cola, she led eCommerce at Colgate Palmolive.
She is the current vice-chairman of the Grocery Manufacturers Association IT Committee. She is an Executive Board Member for Consumer Goods Technology, and an Executive Member of the Network of Executive Women. She was previously the Chairwoman of Grocery Manufacturers Association Direct Store Delivery Committee (2006-2010), a global Board member of the GS1 Board Standards Committee (2006-2009), a member of the Board of Directors of the Petroleum Convenience Alliance for Technology Standards (2006-2009), Chairwoman of America's SAP User Group, eCommerce (1995-1997), and Chairwoman of Atlanta Electronic Commerce Forum (1993)

Robert Noe, SVP & Division President; former Chairman & CEO of viaLink and 1Sync
Bob joined iControl as of January 2013, as SVP and Division President. He will also serve on the company's board of directors. Noe was the Chairman and CEO of viaLink from 1999 until its merger in early 2005 with Prescient, forming Prescient Applied Sciences, which he participated in orchastrating. He remained on the board of the merged entity before as he also moved on to become the CEO of 1Sync (formerly Transora) and Chief Customer Officer at GS1. He spent time as a managing director at Alix Partners before joining Teradata in 2011.

Mike Lorelli, Chairman & CEO, Waterjel Technologies; former President of Pizza Hut, PepsiCo East
Mr. Lorelli’s 30-year career spans a wide range of consumer products and services and B2B categories, with responsibilities for both domestic and international units. Presently, Mike is CEO of WaterJel Technologies, one of Riverside Company's 88 portfolio businesses. WaterJel is the global leader in burn care products, with retail clients including CVS, Walgreens and Wal Mart. He previously built 3 other private equity backed companies. Most of Mike's career was with PepsiCo where he was a division President for the Soft Drink sector, and previously, their beverage sector CMO. Mike also built out Pizza Hut's global footprint in the 1990's, advancing them from 68 to 92 countries. Lorelli holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Industrial Engineering from New York University, and an MBA in Marketing from NYU’s Stern Graduate School of Business. He is an avid runner, an active private pilot, member of The CEO Trust, and author of the childrens’ best-seller “Traveling Again, Dad?” with profits donated to childrens’ charities. He holds a Professional Director Certification from The American College of Corporate Directors, and is also an NACD 2011 Governance Fellow. He is also a registered speaker with Vistage International. He resides in Darien, CT.

Roger Davidson, COO, MaGi Foods, LLC; former SVP at HEB, Ahold, Supervalu & Wal Mart
Roger Davidson is widely recognized by retailers and the financial community as a leading authority on the food and supermarket industries, having culled 30 years of experience working for a diverse group of companies that include Wal-Mart Stores Inc., H.E.B. Food/Drug, SUPERVALU, Wild Oats, and Ahold USA. As President of his own advisory firm, Roger Davidson Associates LLC, he currently counsels over 200 clients, ranging from retailers to investment managers in the U.S. and Europe, on strategic acquisitions, product development, private label, marketing, merchandising and supply chain efficiencies. Previously, Mr. Davidson served as Wal-Mart’s Senior Vice President, Global Food Sourcing, and SUPERVALU’s Chief Operating Officer/Retail. He also served as Ahold’s Senior Vice President of Non Perishables, Corporate Brands and Global Sourcing and spent two years as Senior Vice President, Marketing and Merchandising with Wild Oats. He spent nearly 31 years with H.E.B. Food/Drug in various VP and Director roles overseeing food procurement, marketing and retail management. Davidson holds a BBA in Accounting and an MBA in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin. He and his family currently reside in Oakton, Virginia.

Philbert is currently the President & CEO of Best Yet Supermarkets. Previously, she served for four years as Senior Vice President, Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Merchandising Officer for the Great Atlantic & Pacific Tea Company, more commonly known as A&P. Prior to her time with A&P, Philbert spent 17 years at Safeway, rising from regional positions in the Northern California division to a variety of senior roles, including Corporate Vice President of Marketing; Corporate Vice President of Deli, Food Service & Starbucks; and Corporate Vice President of Lifestyle Initiatives. She and the operations under her direct oversight have earned numerous awards; Philbert was recognized in 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010 as one of Progressive Grocer’s top Women in Grocery; she was recognized as one of the Top 200 Retail Food & Beverage Executives in 2008; the 2008 Progressive Grocer’s Executives to Watch; the 2009 Store Brand Leadership Award; the 2009 Private Label Retail of the Year Award from Private Label Magazine; the 2009 Meat & Deli Retailer of the Year by Meat & Deli Retailer magazines; the 2009 Griffin Report’s Women of Influence in the Food Industry; the 2009 Retailer of the Year by Wine Enthusiast Magazine, and the 2010 Tri-State Most Powerful & Influential Women award from the National Diversity Council.

Dennis Belcastro, SVP/Industry Affairs, Hillshire Farms; former EVP/Industry affairs & Collaboration
Denny is Senior Vice President, Government and Industry Affairs at Hillshire Farms. Previously he was the Executive Vice President, Industry Affairs and Collaboration at the Grocery Manufacturers Association (GMA) where he was responsible for GMA’s strategic collaboration platforms and key industry initiatives to best serve the Association’s membership. Prior to joining GMA, Denny was Vice President, Customer Development and Industry Affairs for Kraft Foods North America where he was responsible for Kraft’s “First to the Table” integrated focus on customer collaboration and overall business relationships within the industry. In addition, Denny led Kraft’s engagement with corporate initiatives that included customer marketing and supply chain areas of focus. Denny also served as the Executive Director and Tournament Chairman of Kraft Nabisco Championship, the first major on the LPGA tour and one of golf’s crown jewels, where he was responsible for total development and implementation of sales, marketing, media, and all operational aspects of the event. The KNC was Kraft’s premier CEO customer engagement forum for senior executive leadership within the industry. Denny began his career in the food industry in 1976 when he joined Standard Brands in Pittsburgh, PA as field sales representative. During the past thirty-five years, Denny has held several business and customer development and organizational leadership positions with Nabisco and Kraft, including as Vice President, Sales and Customer Logistics for its Direct Store Delivery segment. A native of Aliquippa, PA, Denny holds a bachelor degree in business communication from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania where he majored in integrated communication and was a four-year letterman in intercollegiate baseball, serving as team captain for two years. Denny earned his executive Master of Science degree in business and organizational communication at Northwestern University. Denny and his wife Marsha make their home in a Chicago suburb and have three adult children.

Todd Mezrah is the Chief Executive Officer of Mezrah Consulting, a national corporate finance firm based in Tampa, Florida. Todd is responsible for the firm's vision, growth, strategic and technology initiatives. The firm has alsodeveloped a national Bank Practice servicing financial institutions across the country in creating and evaluating their existing investment portfolios and providing executive and Board of Director benefit expertise. Mezrah Consulting clients include the likes of Tech Data Corporation, Royal Bank of Canada, and spice and seasoning giant McCormick & Company. Todd is also co-founder and CEO of Drawloop Technologies, a technology company that has developed a SaaS technology platform for creating and automating document deliverables in the “cloud”. Drawloop has developed significant efficiencies in automating the creation of document deliverables for a myriad of large enterprise organizations including LinkedIn, Expedia, Citigroup, Dupont, Comcast, CIGNA and Disney/ABC. Moreover, Drawloop has integration relationships with Salesforce.com, Box.net, Docusign, Google and Amazon. Todd is a graduate of the University of Alabama where he obtained a B.A. in Corporate Finance and Investment Management. In addition, he received a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Georgia State University in Atlanta, Georgia.
