T.J. Zlotnitsky, Chairman & co-Chief Executive Officer
Having worked at Current News, the original family business of periodical distribution founded by his parents, since he was 13, T.J. has been immersed in the world of business for close to 30 years. TJ became Chairman & CEO of Current in 2005, renaming it Current Companies.
Along with his brother and close partner Sean Zlotnitsky, TJ spun off the newspaper business into its own company and merged with a competitor to form NewsOne, of which he was Co-CEO. The brothers lead a significant expansion of Current from a tiny regional to one of the 5 largest magazine & book wholesaler in the U.S., before selling the two companies in 2009 to Hudson News (magazines & books) and National News (newspapers).
He was among the featured CEO in a Reedlogic video series on management, and was the subject of a Washington Business Journal article on inspiring young leaders. Along with brother Sean, T.J. and iControl were featured in Washington CEO magazine, where he predicted in 2006 that the company would more than triple sales and hit nearly $100 million in sales in 2008, a goal the company met.
He has spoken in forums and conferences, including before the Food Marketing Institute, Grocery Manufacturers Association, Periodical & Book Association of America, Newspaper Association of America, and others. is opinions on business, politics and society have been published in The New York Times, Washington Post, USA Today, Time magazine, Calgary Herald, Tampa Tribune and and St. Petersburg Times.
Prior to his career in business, T.J. played two seasons of semi-professional baseball in the Maryland Industrial League for the Braves as an Outfielder and first baseman. One of his proudest memories is that his father was on hand to witness his first semi-pro home run.
A graduate of the University of Maryland and the Harvard Business School Executive Education Program, TJ is married to Maria, a federal attorney, and they are the parents of two girls and a boy. He is a resident of Trinity, FL.

Sean Zlotnitsky, co-Chief Executive Officer
The co-CEO of iControl, Sean is an experienced leader with over 30 years of experience leading complex organizations, including as a military officer.
Prior to his professional career, Sean served as an officer in the Israeli military in the Intelligence branch, where he developed a system for activating reserve troops in an emergency for which he won the Joint Chief of Staff's commendation.
Sean went on to graduate summa cum laude from the University of Maryland, where he received three degrees -- in Accounting, Finance and Computer Science, with a specialty in software engineering.
Sean's expertise in process and logistics management had enabled him to develop iControl's core technology and operational protocols. He is deeply involved in devising the company's strategic direction, working in close collaboration with his brother and the company's co-CEO T.J. Zlotnitsky.
Sean is married to Limor, his high school sweetheart. They are raising four beautiful children including a newborn. Sean resides in Bethesda, MD.

Mike Brooks, President and Chief Operating Officer [ E-Mail ]
Mike joins iControl as President and Chief Operating Officer. He most recently served as the Vice President of Strategy & Business Analytics at Delhaize America. There he led teams of professionals responsible for that organization’s growth strategy, cost optimization, customer insights, data governance, business analytics, enterprise project management and consumer research. He had previously spent 4 years as a Market Vice President at Delhaize America’s largest Banner, Food Lion, where he was responsible for the oversight of retail operations in five states. Prior to joining Delhaize in 2006, Mike spent 22 years in various corporate as well as banner leadership positions within Supervalu, serving as Vice President in Merchandising at the bigg’s banner during the last three years of his tenure.

John D'Aloia, Chief Revenue Officer [ E-Mail ]
John bring over 30 years of executive experience in the periodical distribution business to the position of Chief Revenue Officer. Prior to joining iControl in 2007, John had been Senior Vice President of Marketing, for media company Source Interlink. Previous executive positions included 12 years in senior positions with the Hearst Distribution Group, a division of Hearst Magazines and 14 years at Time Distribution Services/People Magazine, both divisions of Time Warner. In his role as CSO at iControl, John oversees the company's retail strategic initiatives, and manages the company's outside sales staff, and on-site account management team. John is married to Nancy, a R.N., and has 2 grown children. He is a resident of Naples, FL.

Bill Harris, Chief Implementation Officer [ E-Mail ]
As CIO, Bill plays an especially valuable role in creating the proper "flow and links" between different tasks, operations, and departments of the company. Bill is deeply involved in improving the quality of the team and the results it produces through coaching, trouble-shooting, project-planning, and problem-solving. Bill has held management and executive level positions in technology and financial services companies, including Merrill Lynch and Sylvan Learning Systems, and played a key role in the evolution of AOL/Time Warner's Advertising.com unit. Bill graduated cum laude from Harvard College with a degree in economics. Bill is married with two lovely daughters, and resides in Columbia, MD.

Gilad Keren, Chief Technology Officer [ E-Mail ]
Gilad Keren, as the company's CTO, is responsible for all system and technical functions and activities - from R&D, to Architecture and infrastructure planning, to business continuity and information management. In addition to maintaining the current information technology systems, Gilad is responsible for planning, designing, deploying, and supporting the technical components of all company initiatives. Gilad and his staff of four work closely with other departments, especially marketing and business development, in order to formulate a coherent vision of features, upgrades and solutions. Prior to joining iControl in 2005,Gilad worked for Current News Company, a distributor of printed media, where he was an IT director. Gilad served in the Israeli Navy for 3 years in the information technology unit of Israel's largest Navy base. He received an honorable certificate of achievement from the Navy Chief Command. Gilad earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Maryland. He is married to Tali, CEO of TopSearch Technical Recruiting. They are the parents of three lovely children and reside in Rockville, MD.

Robert Noe, SVP and Division President [ E-Mail ]
Bob joined iControl as of January 2013, as SVP and Division President. He will also serve on the company's board of directors. Noe was the Chairman and CEO of viaLink from 1999 until its merger in early 2005 with Prescient, forming Prescient Applied Sciences, which he participated in orchastrating. He remained on the board of the merged entity before as he also moved on to become the CEO of 1Sync (formerly Transora) and Chief Customer Officer at GS1. He spent time as a managing director at Alix Partners before joining Teradata in 2011. Bob and his wife reside in Chicago, IL.

Rob Jackson, Chief Customer Officer [ E-Mail ]
During his 24-year career at Dow Jones and later News Corp., where his last position was as Director, National Retail Supply Chain, Rob oversaw a team of regional executives tasked with wide-ranging responsibilities across many critical business functions. Included in Rob’s portfolio were cultivating national and regional relationships with retailers; negotiating with production facilities and transportation logistics providers; building collaboration among members of a diverse and not always synergistic supply chain that included publishers and manufacturers and over 400 wholesalers and distributors, and delivering results on time, within budget and with transparency and accountability to key stakeholders. A graduate of Hampton University, where he played football, Rob and his wife, a school principal, are raising four beautiful children. He resides in Woodstock, MD.

Mindy Yu, Chief Financial Officer [ E-Mail ]
Mindy Yu was promoted to Chief Financial Officer in December 2012 after serving for seven years as Senior Vice President of Finance & HR. She is responsible for all accounting and finance operations and staff, as well as the Human Resource department. Prior to joining iControl, Mindy held a similar position at Current News Company, where she began as a staff accountant in 2001. Mindy holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Xiamen in China and a Master's degree in Accounting from the University of Maryland. Mindy and her husband David are the parents of three beautiful children and reside in Gaithersburg, Maryland.

Tatiana Alperovitch, Vice President, Business Applications
Tatiana joined iControl in January 2009 as a Senior Software developer after 5 years as a senior developer at Agilysys. She was promoted to EDI manager in July 2009. In 2012, she was voted employee of the year by her colleagues. Tatiana was promoted to Vice President in January 2013.

Charlie Clark, Vice President, Application Development & Architecture
Charlie joined iControl in 2011 as a senior software engineer, having served as senior software engineer previously for Future Sights LLC, and for Lonesource, Inc. Prior to that, he spent 4 years as a software engineer at Coalition America, and 3 years at Global Care. Charlie is a graduate of the University of Texas, in Austin TX. He resides in Gainesville, FL.

Elizabeth Maly, Vice President, Sales [ E-Mail ]
A 1998 graduate of Purdue University, Elizabeth started her career in sales and logistics at Inventor's Business Daily, where she rapidly rose through the ranks, receiving 3 promotions over four years. In 2002, she was recruited by and accepted a position as a Northwest Regional Sales & Logistics Manager for Single Copy sales with Dow Jones & Company. While at Dow Jones, Elizabeth was the recipient of the Dow Jones Annual Special Recognition Award. In November 2006, Maly followed her former superior at Dow Jones, Judy Berman, to the Chicago Tribune. In December 2008, she was promoted to as Senior Manager, Commercial Sales & Logistics, before being recruited by and joining iControl in June 2010. Elizabeth, who is a resident of Suburban Chicago, IL, is the mother of two precocious children.

Mike Flebotte, Vice President, BI & Strategic Development [ E-Mail ]
Mike spent 8 years in various roles within the Ahold Corporation, starting in store operations, continuing to GM/HBC specialist, and culminating as a buyer/merchanidser in the Stop & Shop division for three years. He took a position at Ocean Spray, where he ultimately rose to the position of Retail Operations Manager. After completing his MBA at Babson College, Mike joined iControl in 2010 as Business Development manager. He was promoted to Vice President in October 2011. He is a resident of Boston, MA.
